In order to comply with the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation, Christmas Day at the Greeno (the charity) must provide guests and volunteers with the following information about the personal data you give to us:

the charity is the data controller for the data provided and will use the data to provide and operate the Community Christmas Day Lunch

we will be processing your data under Legitimate Interest

we may have acquired your information by referral from yourself, or carers or other professional bodies

the information will not be passed on to any other third parties, or be transferred out of the EU

the charity will keep your data for a maximum of 3 years after your last contact with us (6 years for volunteers)

This is an independent body responsible for making sure that organisations comply with Data Protection legislation. The ICO will always expect you to have raised your concerns with us before submitting a complaint.
